Our French inspired dry vermouth. Green gold in appearance, with hints of zesty lemon, honeysuckle & hay on the nose. Floral & herbaceous to taste, with notes of citrus, elderflower & green apple. Our Dry goes well over ice with tonic & a slice of grapefruit, or in a classic Martini.

Rosso - Sweet Vermouth

Our classic red/sweet vermouth. Glossy amber in colour, with hints of orange peel, cola bottles & winter spice on the nose. Aromatic & bittersweet to taste, with notes of black tea, treacle & chocolate orange. Rosso is perfect served over ice with ginger ale & an orange slice, or in a classic cocktail, such as an Americano, Manhattan or Negroni.
